Delivered to your webhook URL when a contact joins or leaves a group.

contact.group.added | A contact is added to a group. |
contact.group.removed | A contact is removed from a group. Only direct membership removals send this - it is not sent when the membership disappears because the group itself was deleted, or because the contact was deleted or deactivated. |
